If service is not provided within the timeline mentioned in the email, the payment will be refunded to your account.

OMSHRIKANTH FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is the issuer in this case and may accept the applicable payment instrument. Such instruments do not permit cash withdrawal or redemption by the customer.

Change of Bus

In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to any reason, OMSHRIKANTH FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED will refund the differential amount to the customer, provided the customer informs us within 24 hours of the journey.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the ticket cancellation policy carefully. Tickets will be cancelled according to the cancellation policy mentioned on the ticket. Transaction charges will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation.
